Offered is this gorgeous antique oyster plate. Made circa 1887 by Richard Klemm in Dresden, Germany. It features six wells for oysters and a center well for sauce or lemon. The white oyster wells are decorated with gold and are surrounded by a deep cobalt blue and gold seaweed. The center well has a monogram that I believe is ET or TE.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks, some minuscule wear on the rim edge gold which is normal. It measures 9.25 inches wide. A fabulous addition to your collection. If you wish to make an offer, please do.
We have several available in case you wish to make a grouping.
