Has a wide cobalt blue border with hand painted flowers in white cartouches framed in gold gilding and gold gilt floral and urn designs. Has gold highlights to the gadrooned edge. Marked on the bottom Blor Derby in red. This mark was used between 1820 and 1840. Has crazing typical of bone china, some wear to the gilding, and some spots of staining, but otherwise good condition.
