Murano Toucan Licio Zanetti Glass Sculpture Cobalt Blue, Gold Aventurine 11.25

  

A magnificent Murano Glass Licio Zanetti Venetian Art Glass Sculpture of a Toucan. The piece features cobalt blue glass layered with clear glass with an ornate gold/aventurine net like pattern with a perfect controlled bubble enhancement utilizing the Bullicante method. This beautiful bird stands 11 1/4" tall and is 4 3/4" by 6 1/4 wide. The only flaw I can find is a couple of rub marks on the back which I have pictured the larger mark measures 6mm and the smaller measures 3mm.
