Nice early 19th century antique fluted bone china / porcelain tea cup and saucer. Decorated with a gold and cobalt star in the center. With a border of cobalt and cobalt scrollwork and laurel leaf garlands. Marked on the bottom Spode.

Has some wear to the gilding, crazing typical of bone china, some staining, and a star/spider hairline on the bottom of the saucer. The cup measures approximately 4 1/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall.

The saucer measures approximately 5 5/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
