Venetian Murano Handmade Cobalt Blue & Gold Fleck Art Glass Footed Tazza

  

For your consideration, please see this absolutely stunning blown glass tazza (footed dish), featuring a stunning cobalt blue edge and gold-flecked cobalt base. The top of the dish is slightly scalloped, giving it the impression of being an open flower. The cobalt blue base was finished with aventurine (gold flecks). Measures 11.5" in diameter across the top, and the base measures 3.5" in diameter. The dish is 2 tall and unsigned.

There are no chips or cracks to the piece, however, there is an area that looks to have been scratched. It is possible that this could be buffed out by a glass expert. When sitting flat or displayed, it is difficult to see the scratched area (you would need to really look for it). The whole piece is so beautiful and the cobalt edge is the icing on the cake!
